Late night fire, 1 month before I came on the job. Also, this was our new Fire Chiefs 1st fire going from Deputy to Chief. Companies were short handed on arrival. At this time we pulled 2 guys off E4 to staff the 2nd ambulance when it went out and both Ambulances were out. Engine 4 pulled in with 2 guys and the ladder with 2 guys.
