Firefighters from Group 2 responded to a truck under water behind a shopping mall. The driver did not realize the lot sloped and he stalled out in the middle of the flooded area. Firefighter John Perry (Engine 3) put on his wet suit and carried the drivers wife out and then proceeded back in to help the driver out. Both husband and wife were fine.
