After leaving our last fire we were on our way back to the hotel when the Box alarm went out for a fire in a vacant dwelling at Theodore @ Cheyne St. We were on the highway when our next exit was Cheyne St and we looked across and all you could see was the glow. <p> When arrived we had a dweling going throughout and I could hear voices in the shrubs laughing and yelling burn. We also saw a women walk out from the fire area and a guy on the ground talking on his cell phone. <p> The woman than walked back towards the house despite us telling her not to so she could get her dog. She did tell us she was inside when the candles she was lighting got out of hand. She appeared to be drugged out. Say no more....
